As you grease your brownie pans and line with parchment paper, mix erythritol, agave, water, and salt in a pan and heat it to 220°F to create a syrup. Beat egg whites and drizzle in the hot syrup. Add vanilla paste and beat until smooth. Pour into the pans and let it stay overnight. Slice into strips and coat with chocolate and peanuts.
