Let’s imagine that time travel was possible and that you had the chance to return to a particular moment in history. Which year would you visit? If you chose a Saturday afternoon in the 80s, this is probably the scenario you’d find at a grocery store.
Saturdays were the worst day to shop for groceries. Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., no one couldn’t push their carts through the aisles without bumping into someone else, and check-out took forever because many customers were waiting in line. How stressful!
