Pumpkin-shaped sugar cookies are easy to make. This recipe takes your cookie from ordinary to one that suits the fall season. It focuses on the pumpkin shape and not the pumpkin flavor. 

How to Make:

  • Prepare your cookie dough and mix thoroughly.
  • Divide the dough into different pieces of large and smaller sizes.
  • Set aside the larger dough and color it orange for the pumpkin body. Color the small pieces of dough green for the stems.
  • Use a paring knife to carve curved lines on each cookie. 
  • Shape small sizes of the green dough into a cone shape. Press each stem onto the top of each pumpkin and bake.

Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts

Spice up your party with these Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts. These are cute and delicious, perfect for breakfast during Halloween or Thanksgiving.

How to Make: 

  • With a pumpkin cookie cutter, cut out pumpkin shapes from homemade or store-bought dough.
  • Spoon pumpkin filling in the middle. 
  • Place filled tarts on a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. You can also freeze for up to 3 months till ready to bake. 
  • Place the frozen tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Set them aside to cool and serve.

Pumpkin-Shaped Pizza

This pumpkin pizza is pleasing to the eyes and mouth. It is pretty easy to make and takes little time. You can make it in simple steps by getting Pizza dough from a store, and if you are a pro, you can make the dough at home.

  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into circles
  • Spread pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and mini mozzarella balls. 
  • Cut pepperoni slices into triangles and semicircles to represent eyes and mouth; place on pumpkins.
  • Add two basil leaves to each dough to make the stem. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Pumpkin-Shaped Truffles

How to Make:

  • Stir chocolate cake mix over medium-low heat until you have a thick and shiny mixture.
  • Allow the mixture to cool completely, then roll out small balls.
  • Roll each ball in sugar crystals and let them sit in paper candy cups. 
  • Press the top gently with a wet toothpick to make pumpkin creases around it. You can also add melted chocolate on top of each candy to mirror the pumpkin stem.

  • Place cake in a chiller and ensure it is partially frozen.  
  • Prepare orange-colored buttercream or orange-colored fondant. Cover cake in fondant and get ready to sculpt.
